Manufacture of non-ferrous and steel casting

The enterprise accepts the orders to manufacture castings:

1. From steel (20 – 35L, 20 G1FL, 20 FL as per GOST 977-88)

  • by method of casting to covering matrix with dimensions 460x460 weight of casting upto 50 kg Steel casting in induction furnace with volume 0,4 -1,0 t with acid fettling
  • by method of casting in sand-menist liquid-glass matrix. The matrix are manufactured at matrix machines of 235 m model, max dimensions 1400x1500x525/650
    Weight of casting: from 50 to 1500 kg
    Steel casting in six ton arc electrofurnaces with acid fettling, filling from locking bucket
  • by method in sand-clayey liquid glass matrix
    The matrix is manufactured manuaaly.
    Weight of casting: from 1000 to 2500 kg
    Steel casting in six ton arc electrofurnaces with acid fettling, filling from locking bucket.

2. From brass (LC16K4 GOST 17711-80, LK-D with low content of silicon)

  • by method of casting under pressure. Casting machines under pressure of grade 711A07, 711A08, GLO 400/36.
    Weight of casting: upto 2.0 kg
    Serial item – brush holder case (more than 10 items are developped) with dimensions of windows for brush 32õ25, 64õ25 etc., weighing out from 0.04 upto 2.0 kg
  • method of casting to to mould, to metal yoke.
    Weight of casting: from 0.5 upto 350 kg
  • by method of casting to sand-clayey matrix
    Weight of castings: from 10 to 200 kg

3. From silumin (AK-12 DSTU 2839-94 GOST 1583-93)

  • by method of casting under pressure. Casting machines under pressure of grade 711A07, 711A08, GLO 400/36.
    Weight of casting: from 0.5 to 2.0 kg
  • method of casting to to mould, to metal yoke.
    Weight casting: from 0.5 to 80 kg
  • by method of casting to sand-clayey matrix .
    Weight casting: from 1 to 120 kg

4. From bronze (Bð 04C4S17 GOST 613-79)

  • method of casting to to mould, to metal yoke.
    Weight casting: from 1 to 250 kg.
    The ready castings are controlled regarding chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy.
